Much care and attention has been lavished on the renovation of this stunning chalet, which is just 100m from the La Clusaz ski slopes and 1.5km from the centre of La Clusaz, where you will find plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. The stylish interior has been designed so that even when 12 people are staying at the chalet, everyone can find some privacy when they want it. Skilled local craftsmen were used to make much of the furniture, and the fittings are all of the highest quality. This attention to detail, combined with the chalet’s superb position close to the popular La Balme pistes, is sure to make your holiday very special, with the chalet being offered on a catered or self catered basis to suit.

Sleeping up to 12 people in five comfortable bedrooms with four bathrooms (one with a hammam), there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax. Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor – two doubles, a twin room (which can be made into a double if you prefer), which are all en suite, and a room with two sets of bunk beds. One of the en suite bathrooms has a hammam too!  There is also a small kitchen on this floor, which is useful for preparing food to eat in the garden. This kitchen has a huge impressive stove with built-in seating – the perfect place to warm up when you come in from the snow!

The fifth bedroom, a large en suite double, is on the floor above, where you will also find the lovely open plan living area and a large family kitchen. There’s a large dining table where you can all eat together, and cosy chairs around an ethanol fireplace. Why not grab a bottle of wine from the wine cellar to enjoy on the balcony or perhaps on the furnished terrace, which is the perfect place to catch some late sun, or perhaps just chill in the Nordic hot tub after an active day in the mountains. 

Skiers of all abilities can ski right back to the door of this perfectly-located chalet. More convenience is assured as the free ski bus stops just 20m from the chalet and will get you to the nearest lifts and centre in just a few minutes, putting the whole of the ski area of more than 220km of pistes, on one single ski pass. It’s also just an easy 20-minute relatively flat walk to La Clusaz village, where non-skiers will find an ice rink, heated indoor and outdoor pools and spa centre and a cinema. The local ESF ski school holds beginnners lessons on the piste close to the chalet, so children can ski there and back safely, without having to cross any roads. Cross-country skiers will find great terrain at Lac des Confin and the Glieres plateau, just a short drive away.
