Les Balcons III is located on the heights of Val Thorens, at Les Balcons residence on Rue des Balcons, offering both a true, relaxing experience with convenient slope side access in a popular 3 bedroom apartment. With your family or friends of up to 8 persons, you will enjoy staying in this, 95m2 apartment with balcony and a panoramic view of the valley. Offering a true ski-in, ski-out experience for all but beginners (who might be recommended to return by the free shuttle bus or with a 5 min walk), you will enjoy skiing or boarding in the largest connected ski area in the world : The 3 Valleys.

After a long day of skiing and after stopping off at your heated ski locker, you can relax in the superb spa of the residence, with its sauna, hot tub and hammam, or you can enjoy the 600m² spa of the main Les Balcons de Val Thorens residence, with its indoor swimming-pool with a beautiful view of the mountains, sauna, hammam, 2 hot tubs, childrens pool, fitness room and 2 relaxation areas. There are also 3 spa treatment rooms to try an invigorating massage.

Guests will find 2 excellent restaurants within the immediate vicinity of the complex. “La Cabane” features a quaint, rustic atmosphere, with an open fireplace and open kitchen, combined with fine regional dining. Whereas on the other hand, “L’Auberge des Balcons de Val Thorens” is open all day, and boasts an attached bar (with pool table) and large sun terrace, which is also accessible straight from the Plein Sud ski run. Its menu features a range of both Savoyard and Italian specialities. Les Balcons residents also have the option of reserving half board catering here as well as having one of our chefs come and cater for you in the chalet apartment. There is also a supermarket, as well as a range of other shops, in the nearby area. If driving here there is both covered and outside parking available
