The Phoenix residence consists of 27 apartments, of which this is an individual 5th floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, comfortably furnished, with a spacious south-facing balcony with superb views over the lake and the Grande Motte glacier.

Résidence Phoenix is centrally located to all kinds of facilities, all on your doorstep. Around the residence you will find a Sherpa supermarket, several ski rental shops as well as a number of restaurants and bars. Opposite the residence is the Lagon Aqua Centre with an indoor pool (free access with your ski pass) and various wellness and fitness facilities. The ESF ski school is also conveniently located near the ski lifts.

If driving here, in Tignes, it is compulsory to park in one of the Tignes accommodation car parks or in one of the village’s public car parks.

Apartment Layout

Living room with a seating area with 2-person sofa bed, television and DVD player, a dining table and a well equipped open plan kitchen including a stove, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and washing machine/tumble dryer. From the living room you have access to a spacious, south facing terrace. In addition this apartment has two ski lockers with ski boot dryers and complimentary Wi-Fi.

One bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together as a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be pushed together as a double bed). The third bedroom has a triple bunk bed. The second and separate bathroom has a bath, with a separate WC.
