It offers free private parking and free WiFi which is available throughout the property. All the excellent 4 bedrooms have flat screen satellite TV’s with each being a double/Austrian twin with the 3rd and 4th bedrooms having an extra twin bed in each, thus increasing the sleeping capacity to 10.There are 2 bathrooms and a further separate WC outside the sauna.

There is a superb dining area and a well kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven,microwave, hob, coffee maker etc. The lounge is part of the open plan and spacious dining/kitchen/lounge area and offers comfy leather seating and a flat screen TV again with satellite channels.Towels and bed linen are included and other facilities at Chalet Badia include a sauna and sun terrace.

You can play mini-golf close by the property and the area is popular for skiing, watersports and golfing. The Schüttlift is 600m from the chalet, while the main Areitbahn lift is 800m away.Walk to the end of the road to Brucker Bundestrasse and the free shuttle stops there for Zell am See centre or Kaprun and you can walk to a few bars, shops and restaurants close by.
