Westendorf Penthouse is a stunning 5 bedroom penthouse as part of the Residenz Illyrica Tirol apart complex,  in the centre of Westendorf. It is a new apartment building with 40 apartments opening its doors for the first time in December 2021. The building is built in typical Austrian style with natural materials and a lot of wood. At about 300 metres from the accommodation you’ll find the Schneeberg chair lift and the Sammer drag lift. Here you will also find the ski school with a practice area and ski rental shop. Here to is an easy blue ski slope which connects you with the Alpenrosenbahn lift, which is located a little further up and will take you to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental ski area. From Westendorf there is a good connection to Brixen im Thale and the rest of the skiing area including Soll, Ellmau and Scheffau and further over into Kitzbuhel.

After a day in the fresh mountain air you can relax in the wellness centre with its two saunas, infrared sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and relaxation room (swim wear required). The residence has a heated ski storage room with ski boot dryers, an elevator and complimentary Wi-Fi internet. A cafe bar serving sandwiches is also available. If driving here you can park your car in the garage, where you will also find two charging stations for electric cars that you can use for a fee.You have access to four parking spaces

Next to the reception you’ll find a bar with a lounge and Glennie’s restaurant, where you can end the day while enjoying a drink. In the bustling centre of Westendorf you’ll find more restaurants and in the direct surrounding of the residence you’ll find two supermarkets, a bank, pharmacy and several shops.
